1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between 111bd ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", or "the User") who registers for, accesses, or uses the services available at 111bd.bar. 3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 111bd platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested by 111bd. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of the details you have provided change after registration.

3.1 Mobile Number Registration

111bd uses mobile-number-based registration to provide Bangladesh players with a straightforward onboarding experience. Your registered mobile number serves as your primary account identifier and is used for login, payment verification, and two-factor authentication. You must ensure that you are the authorised holder of the mobile number registered to your 111bd account.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 111bd account password and any other security credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 111bd will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted on your 111bd account using your credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously reported a security breach to 111bd support.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, or to another verified payment method registered to your account in your name.

111bd aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. In practice, most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are completed significantly faster. Withdrawals may be delayed in the following circumstances:

• Your KYC verification is incomplete or pending review
• The withdrawal is flagged for additional security review
• The withdrawal amount includes bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements
• Your account is under investigation for suspected breach of these Terms

111bd does not charge withdrawal fees. Players are responsible for any charges levied by their own payment provider upon receipt of funds. All withdrawal requests are subject to final approval by 111bd's payments team, and 111bd reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds where it has reasonable grounds to do so.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds are forfeited at expiry.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

10 Intellectual Property
